For Google Chrome, follow these steps: 

  1. Select the menu icon on the top right of the Google Chrome window 
  2. Navigate to settings 
  3. Navigate to Privacy and Security 
  4. Select Clear browsing data 
  5. Check Cookies and other site data 
  6. Select clear at the bottom of the page

For Safari, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Safari menu 
  2. Navigate to History
  3. At the bottom of the window, select “Clear History”
  4. Select Clear History at the bottom of the pop-up window 

For iOS Safari, follow these steps: 

  1. Navigate to the settings on your device 
  2. From settings, select Safari 
  3. Navigate to the bottom of the page and select “Clear History and Website Data”
  4. Select “Clear History and Data”
  5. Select “Keep Tabs”

For Android, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Google Chrome web browser 
  2. Select Menu on the top right 
  3. Select Clear Browsing data at the top of the page 
  4. Select Clear data at the bottom of the page
