How will I be notified about a bill? How can I pay it?

When your billing statement is available, you will receive an email from Oshi Health with the subject “View and Pay your Balance Online Today” and paper statement to the address on-file. The email will also include a link to pay your bill online through a secure payment portal using any major credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, you can send a payment to the mailing address included with your billing statement.
