What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
If you are unable to attend an appointment, you can follow these steps to reschedule or cancel:
- Open the Oshi Health mobile app and navigate to Appointments
- Make sure Upcoming Visits is selected in the upper left corner. Select the appointment you wish to change, and choose ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel Appointment.’
- If you are rescheduling, walk through the steps to book a new appointment time that’s convenient for you
We understand that life happens but please let us know in advance when possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. Please note that appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment are considered missed appointments.
