Confirming From Oshi Health Mobile App Appointments Pane

At any time after you have booked an appointment, you can confirm your appointment. To do so when not being directed from a push notification on your mobile device home screen, open the Oshi Health mobile app on your mobile device. From the ‘Appointments’ pane, click on your appointment and select ‘Confirm Appointment’ and you’re done! You will then receive a message inside the Oshi Health mobile app to notify you we have received your appointment confirmation. 

Please note: if you cannot confirm your appointment more than 12 hours prior to your scheduled visit, please reach out to your GI Care Coordinator via chat to let them know you will be attending your appointment.
