If you are unable to attend an appointment, you can follow these steps to reschedule or cancel:
- Open the Oshi Health mobile app and navigate to Appointments.
- Make sure Upcoming Visits is selected in the upper left corner. Select the appointment you wish to change, and choose ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel Appointment.’
- If you are rescheduling, follow the steps to book a new appointment time that works for you.
We understand that life happens, but please let us know in advance, when possible, if you are unable to attend an appointment. Please note that appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are considered missed appointments.
