If for any reason you can’t join your appointment, select ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel Appointment’ on the Appointments pane in your Oshi Health mobile app. If you are rescheduling an appointment, you will then see the option to find a new time that works for you. Then simply follow the same prompts as you would when booking an appointment.
Please note that appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment are considered missed appointments. For monthly subscription plan members (those paying out of pocket), if more than 2 appointments are missed, a $20 fee will be incurred.
