    Billing and payment

    • Yes, costs related to visits with a GI provider (gastroenterologist, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant) or external care services may be HSA or FSA eligible. We recommend checking with your FSA/HSA plan administrator to see if Oshi Health is a covered service under your plan. We are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt at your request, if you would like to submit for reimbursement through your FSA/HSA.

    • Oshi Health partners with employers and health plans to bring our virtual digestive health clinic to our members. For questions related to your cost of care and billing cycle, please reach out to your Care Coordinator team via chat within the Oshi Health mobile app. They can provide you with the most accurate information based on the agreed upon cost share partnership between your employer or health plan and Oshi Health. Please note: Members who pay for Oshi Health via a Stripe account can also log in to Stripe to view past payments and upcoming billing statements.

    • When your billing statement is available, you will receive an email from Oshi Health with the subject “View and Pay your Balance Online Today” and paper statement to the address on-file. The email will also include a link to pay your bill online through a secure payment portal using any major credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, you can send a payment to the mailing address included with your billing statement.

    • Integrated Digestive Partners is the medical entity that employs Oshi Health providers. You may see the Integrated Digestive Partners name appear on several Oshi Health documents, including billing statements, order forms, and other medical documents, so rest assured this is the proper entity for payment.
