How do I send and receive messages from my GI-specialized care team?

To send or receive messages with your care team, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the Oshi Health mobile app

2. Select ‘Chat’ from the Menu Bar located on the Appointments pane

3. Select the conversation with your GI-specialized care team member to begin a new conversation and a member of your care team will respond. If you are unsure who to ask your question to, you can always start with your GI Health Coach. 

Tip: be sure to turn on notifications for the Oshi Health mobile app to receive an alert each time a member of your care team messages you.
