How do I renew my prescriptions?
We make it easy to request and renew prescriptions. To renew an existing prescription, the fastest and easiest way is to send a message to your Care Team through the mobile application. They will follow up if more information is required, or they will send you a message once your information has been sent to the pharmacy.
Additionally, you can request a prescription refill directly with your pharmacy. Please Note: You will need the name of your medication and the prescription number. (Both are on the label on packaging/bottle). The pharmacy will contact your healthcare provider to complete the request if your refill has run out. This may require additional time.
