How can I message my care team?

You can chat message with your GI Health Coach and GI Care Coordination team via the Oshi Health mobile app. To send a message, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the Oshi Health mobile app
2. Select ‘Chat’ on the menu bar across the bottom of the screen
3. Select a conversation and type in a message to chat with that recipient 

Tip: To receive alerts when your care team messages you, turn on push notifications for the Oshi Health mobile app in your mobile device settings.
