Not necessarily. What matters is the state you’re physically located in at the time of your appointment. For legal reasons, your provider must be licensed in the state where you are during your visit.

When you sign up, we use the address you provide to match you with the providers who are licensed in that state. For example, if you register with a New Jersey address, you’ll be shown appointment times with providers licensed in New Jersey.

If you plan to attend your appointment from a different state than the one you entered when signing up, please contact us ahead of time. We’ll confirm that your provider is licensed in that state or help you reschedule with someone who is.
